Our partner program is straightfoward way for us to work directly with you to share the word about our popular products and services.
We understand that it takes a lot of work to acquire a customer which is why we give a recurring comission for all of our partners.
This includes all of the subscription transactions such as more seats, upgrades, and the occasional downgrade.

Anyone has the ability to join the affiliate program but we want to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us. You’ll just need to fill out a quick application and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Don't worry if you don't have a huge audience, we have all types of affiliates.
Share your unique referral link
We have a series of dedicated high-converting landing pages that you can send your audience to. All you need to do is share your link in the places you know your audience hangs out.
Start earning
For every paying customer you refer to Doxflowy, you get a portion of the sale amount. With just a handful of referrals, you'll be earning thousands of dollars a month.
The kind of commissions you're looking for
The companies in our space and related spaces offer 15% - 25% commissions on every sale or one-off commissions.
We find that puzzling because it doesn't reflect the work you put in to refer a customer to us.
At DoxFlowy, you get 30% recurring commissions for the first year. If you have an audience, email us at partners [at] doxflowy.com and we'll provide a 10% discount code for your audience for the first six months of their subscription.
When they're happy, you're happy, and we're happy.
Frequently asked questions
Who is qualified to be an affiliate?
Anyone is qualified to be our affiliate. You don't need to have massive audience numbers or anything of the sort.
What we're looking for is whether or not we're a good fit. It wouldn't make sense for us or you if your audience consisted of teenagers into skateboards because they're not usually buying the kind of software we sell.
We put a lot of time and energy into making sure partners are successful so we try to avoid wasting that effort.
Is there a cap on earnings?
Absolutely not. Us capping your earnings is similar to us shooting ourselves in the foot. Not a good look.
Whether you generate $1,000 in new revenue or $100,000 in new revenue, we're going to pay you what you've earned every month.
Do I need to be a DoxFlowy customer?
No, you don't. But we do encourage you to register for DoxFlowy and play around with it so that you can have a deeper understanding of what it can and cannot do.
That way, you'll be able to recommend the software from a place of authenticity.
How long does the cookie last?
The cookie life on referrals is 60 days. If someone clicks your link and purchases from DoxFlowy within 60 days then then the purchase will be credited to you.
Note: We do last touch attribution so your unique referral link must be the last referral link they clicked for you to be attributed successfully.
When do payouts get made
Payouts are made on the 15th of the month following a thirty-day hold period. For example, if someone signs up on October 1, then the thirty days will elapse on October 31 and you’ll be paid out on November 15th. If someone signs up on October 17th, the 30 days will elapse on November 16 and you’ll be paid out on the following 15th day of the month which is December 15th.
How are payouts made
Once you reach a minimum balance of $50, the payouts will be made to the PayPal account we have on file. Your PayPal account details can be changed at any time through your affiliate dashboard.
Are we allowed to use paid ads?
Yes. You're free to use paid ads but we do not allow you to bid on things or create ads related to our brand name or our direct keywords like document automation, contract automation, etc.
First, if you use our brand name to create ads, you may not represent our brand in the right way. It can be difficult to get right so it's best to avoid it. Secondly, it'll uncessarily increase the cost of our paid advertising.
If you're in doubt about whether or not the ads you want to run are appropriate then just send us a message and we'll let you know.
